Scope

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the Nyra's Swimwear website.

Products

Nyra's Swimwear sells non-customized swimwear.

Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€), VAT excluded (VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French Tax Code). Shipping fees are specified before order confirmation.

Customer Account

Creating a customer account is required to place an order.

Orders

Any confirmed order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are processed via the secure Shopify Payments platform (credit cards and compatible payment methods).

Delivery

Products are delivered in accordance with the timeframes stated in the Shipping Policy.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In the event of a defective, non-conforming, or faulty product, the customer has 14 days from receipt to contact customer service at sav@nyrasswimwear.com.

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days after receipt and validation of the return.

Liability

Nyra's Swimwear cannot be held liable for delivery delays attributable to carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may refer to a consumer mediator at: https://www.medconsodev.eu/

Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
